Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
All products sold on this Platform — including online courses and downloadable books — are digital goods. Due to their nature, certain limitations apply to refunds as described below.
2. Online Courses — Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund for a course purchase if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have watched less than 20% of the total course content.
- You have not completed the course exam.
- The request is your first refund request on this Platform.
Refund requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be approved.
3. Books & Digital Downloads
Downloadable books and digital files are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or initiated, as the content cannot be "returned".
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- 20% or more of the course has been watched or marked complete.
- A course exam has been attempted or completed.
- A certificate has been issued.
- The account has been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
- A previous refund has already been granted on this Platform.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- The name of the course or book you purchased.
- Your purchase date.
- A brief reason for your request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access purchased content due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and, if it cannot be resolved, will offer a full refund regardless of the time elapsed or content accessed.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
