3. Purchases & Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Upon successful payment, access to your purchased course or book is granted immediately to your account.
• All sales are final unless otherwise covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Course & Content Access

• Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content.
• Access is intended for your individual use only. You may not share your account or login credentials.
• You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, or resell any course video, material, or content in any form.
• Course access is provided for as long as the Platform remains operational. We reserve the right to discontinue or update content with reasonable notice.
• Preview lessons are provided free of charge and remain accessible without purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course videos, written materials, quizzes, graphics, and the Platform design — is the intellectual property of Dr. Sarra Hellal or its respective creators and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Content on this Platform is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical questions or conditions.

The Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Sarra Hellal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or redistribute paid course access to others.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any Platform security or access control.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract Platform content.
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us — note that purchased content access will be revoked upon deletion.
