Digital goods
Our products are digital (online courses and ebooks). Access starts immediately after successful payment.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available before you access or download the purchased digital item.
- If you already started a course (watched any lesson) or downloaded an ebook, refunds are generally not available.
- Duplicate payments or accidental double charges will be refunded.
How to request
- Contact us at billing@example.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID, email address, and reason.
- We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
Bundles and discounts
Refunds for bundles apply to the bundle as a whole. If part of a bundle has been accessed, only the inaccessible portion may qualify at our discretion.
Technical issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent access, contact support. We will troubleshoot first. If we cannot restore access, a refund may be granted.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized use claims may require additional documentation.
